NOTES
Here a few notes to help you secure your HD Video Monitor from prying eyes.
- For security purposes, ensure that you change the account password periodically. See Change/ Update password of your account - MyVTech Baby 1080p section.
- Make sure you log out from the account when you finish viewing your videos or snapshots. Keep your password safe from prying eyes. Otherwise, anyone with physical access to your mobile device can watch your camera.
- Do not put a camera inside areas of your house where you would not feel comfortable being seen by strangers.
TIP
If you forgot your password...
1. Tap Forgot password?
2. Enter your Email and tap Reset Password.
- You will receive an email for resetting your password.
3. Go to your mailbox and check the reset password email. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
4. Enter a new password for your account and re-enter it to confirm. Then, tap Reset Password.
